The INA KESS Animal Foundation has supported KAGfreiland with a donation of CHF 2'000 to help them support all livestock animals.
BACKGROUND
KAGfreiland does not accept animal husbandry and management in which animals are not kept in a species-appropriate manner. With its projects and campaigns, KAGfreiland draws attention to abuses in industrialized factory farming and demand significant changes at a political and economic level.
KAGfreiland supports producers in achieving and complying with the KAGfreiland standard and urges consumers not to buy products that do not meet these standards. The standards set by KAGfreiland are higher than the normal standards in Switzerland as only the highest standard is protecting the animals.
